“Yin Indulgence” is a specialty practice focusing on self-care and a mindful approach to relaxation.
Your class will begin with a 45 minute Yin practice followed by a 45 minute Nidra (guided meditation in Savasana), culminating in a yummy chocolate tasting.
It's about nurturing your body, mind, and soul through gentle movement, stillness, and CHOCOLATE!
