Intentionally welcome the New Year!
This is your invitation to relax and release any negativity that may hold you back, and to plant seeds of intention for the new year.
The active mind focuses so much on thinking and doing. With Yoga Nidra, you get a chance to sink into being and feeling. There you can integrate your busy life, harness the power of the subconscious mind and align your intentions in a positive mindset.
Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative practice, also called ‘yogic sleep’.
Relieving stress and tension and tuning in to your inner wisdom are only some of the benefits of Yoga Nidra.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down, eyes closed, as your facilitator guides you through a systematic release of the ‘fight or flight’ mind and helps you access a state of ‘rest and digest’.
Make sure to be prepared with your “nest” – blanket, eye pillow or a covering for the eyes, maybe even a pillow that can offer additional support for the neck, lower back or knees.
Wear socks or slippers to keep the tootsies warm, perhaps a comfy sweater or jacket.
Join me to feel Renewed, Refreshed, and Relaxed.
