The Winter Solstice is marked by the dance between light and dark. It it the shortest day and longest night of the year. Winter offers us the natural quiet and introspection that we crave, as we honor the darkness and light.

SPECIAL EXTENDED PRACTICE!
The New Year brings with it a natural desire for change. We want to make lasting, positive changes that will bring about more ease and balance into our lives.
Join me for a special New Year's Day class, as we set intentions, move slowly with awareness, and begin 2025 with a unique perspective.
This will be a gentle practice followed by an extended Nidra.
