A Women's Only Workshop to discuss Pelvic Floor Health and exploring techniques, lifestyle habits and exercises to identify and strengthen these muscles.
While urinary incontinence is common, it is not normal, and it’s not something that you should “just live with" or that "naturally happens with age".

A strong core is vital for overall health, fitness, and performance because it provides stability and support for the entire body.
There is far more to building a strong core than doing sit-ups! We need to look at the core as a multi-dimensional, working the core in
multiple planes of motion, such as forward, backward, and rotational movements, to improve strength, stability, and control.
