FRIDAY~
We begin with check-in, room assignments and meet & greet on Friday at 4pm, with snacks and beverages.
A Yin practice in the beautiful Yoga Hall, followed by a healthy dinner, dessert, and time to chat.
SATURDAY~
Saturday morning begins with an outdoor meditation
Continental breakfast
2- hour workshop
Lunch and optional time- rest, read, hike, chat on the porch
Afternoon Somatic Yoga and Nidra
Dinner with options for Gluten-free or Vegetarian (Steak Chili for the Meat lovers)
Dharma talk around the fire with a glass of wine or signature cocktail, maybe a hot cocoa!

This weekend we will be exploring the Koshas~ the 5 layers of being.
*According to yoga tradition, each of us have five subtle bodies, each made of increasingly finer grades of energy.
We will delve into how these Koshas affect our everyday lives.
Each participant will receive a goodie bag to enhance their weekend experience.
*All yoga practices will be Gentle and Yin, intended on taking us on an inward journey, not on placing stress on the outward physical shape.
Appropriate for all levels- must be able to get up & down from floor.

**Please Note that while this is a beautiful property, it is ranch style and rustic!
The majority of accommodations require the sharing of bathrooms/shower
There are 3- 1/2 baths and 2 full baths w/shower (not including the private King rooms)
There is a ton of outdoor space to sit under a tree, on the multiple porches, benches near the river, or playing games in numerous shared living spaces, as well as a large indoor Yoga Hall.
